The challenge

A private investor wished to build a grand, luxurious house with 6 bedrooms, a huge reception and multiple bespoke features.

The solution

The entire house was built from scratch. The design included sweeping staircases, a floor to ceiling wine cabinet, beautiful ash flooring and an island chimney breast housing a fireplace that’s accessible from both sides.

The result

The client has sold the house and doubled the investment within one year.
